Yes! We have a beautiful storefront located right in our warehouse locaton. You can view the hours and location here.
Please keep in mind that we are not able to fit everything we carry into our storefront and if there is a specific item you are looking for you can contact us and we can look into that for you.
Flat rate shipping in Alberta is $7.50 or free over $75. The rest of Canada is $10 and free shipping over $125.
We also ship to the US and shipping is $15 flat rate. If you are located outside of Canada or the US please contact us and we can get a shipping quote. Please note: we are not responsible for any import fees that you might be charged.
Yes! Just message us right away to let us know you want to hold your order. When you place your next order select “Merge Shipping” as your shipping option. Please note you MUST pay for shipping or qualify for free shipping on your first order and we do not refund the original shipping fee if your combined orders reach free shipping.
You absolutely can! We have a pickup location at our Sherwood Park Warehouse. Once your order is ready to pickup we will send you an email with directions and pickup instructions.
You also have the option to drop your returns off in person to save on shipping.
If you have an issue with an item you received such as a damage/stain/tear please send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number and we will get back to you.
As long as your item was a regular priced item and a coupon code 15% or higher wasn’t used you can start your return here.
Please note - shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Most of our items fit true to size. We also put sizing descriptions on all of our items to let you know if you need to size up or down.
